Dana Love, PhD, serves as President and Chairman of PoobahAI, which he co-founded with a visionary mission to democratize Web3 technologies, empowering anyone with an idea to transform it into reality through AI-driven, no-code solutions. His deep-rooted expertise in AI dates back to 2009, with early blockchain involvement starting in 2011, positioning him as a pioneering leader in these fields. Wired Magazine has hailed him as "one of the big names in big data."
Before launching PoobahAI, Dana held pivotal roles in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, including at Andromeda Protocol (a Layer 1 blockchain with a publicly traded token), an RWA tokenization platform, a Cosmos-based cryptocurrency, and a Web3 social media company. He also co-founded and led as CEO of Radpay, a Silicon Valley-based, venture-backed payment processing innovator recognized by the Arizona Commerce Authority and 500 Startups.
Over his 35-year career in technology startups, Dana has held executive positions such as President, EVP of Sales and Marketing, CTO, CDO, and VP of Technology. As the youngest Principal Investigator at GTE (now Verizon), he spearheaded the development of unified communications and Voice over IP (VoIP). He has scaled organizations from startups to those generating $450 million in annual revenue and co-founded five businesses, achieving four successful exits, including Cisco Investments-backed Metacloud and Warburg Pincus-backed Radnet. Additionally, he led divisions at public companies like GTE (Verizon), Prosodie (Cap Gemini), and ADC.
Dana's impact spans SaaS, cloud, big data, and analytics, where he has generated over $1.9 billion in billed revenue and brought groundbreaking technologies to market, such as VoIP, cloud ERP, unified communications, and advanced big data solutions. His accolades include being an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist (2005 and 2009), inclusion on the INC500 (twice) and INC5000 (six times), Top Forty Under 40 recognition as "a mathematical genius," the Financial Times Global Telecoms Award for Internet Technology, and the ADC Engineering Excellence Award.
Dana holds a PhD in Economics from The University of Glasgow (highest honors), an MBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar), and a BS in Physics from the University of Richmond (Phi Beta Kappa).
