Dana Love, PhD, serves as President and Chairman of PoobahAI, which he co-founded with a visionary mission to democratize Web3 technologies, empowering anyone with an idea to transform it into reality through AI-driven, no-code solutions. His deep-rooted expertise in AI dates back to 2009, with early blockchain involvement starting in 2011, positioning him as a pioneering leader in these fields. Wired Magazine has hailed him as "one of the big names in big data."

Before launching PoobahAI, Dana held pivotal roles in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, including at Andromeda Protocol (a Layer 1 blockchain with a publicly traded token), an RWA tokenization platform, a Cosmos-based cryptocurrency, and a Web3 social media company. He also co-founded and led as CEO of Radpay, a Silicon Valley-based, venture-backed payment processing innovator recognized by the Arizona Commerce Authority and 500 Startups.

Over his 35-year career in technology startups, Dana has held executive positions such as President, EVP of Sales and Marketing, CTO, CDO, and VP of Technology. As the youngest Principal Investigator at GTE (now Verizon), he spearheaded the development of unified communications and Voice over IP (VoIP). He has scaled organizations from startups to those generating $450 million in annual revenue and co-founded five businesses, achieving four successful exits, including Cisco Investments-backed Metacloud and Warburg Pincus-backed Radnet. Additionally, he led divisions at public companies like GTE (Verizon), Prosodie (Cap Gemini), and ADC.

Dana's impact spans SaaS, cloud, big data, and analytics, where he has generated over $1.9 billion in billed revenue and brought groundbreaking technologies to market, such as VoIP, cloud ERP, unified communications, and advanced big data solutions. His accolades include being an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist (2005 and 2009), inclusion on the INC500 (twice) and INC5000 (six times), Top Forty Under 40 recognition as "a mathematical genius," the Financial Times Global Telecoms Award for Internet Technology, and the ADC Engineering Excellence Award.

Dana holds a PhD in Economics from The University of Glasgow (highest honors), an MBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar), and a BS in Physics from the University of Richmond (Phi Beta Kappa).

Mant Hawkins, a founder of PoobahAI, serves as Executive Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Development Officer, where he spearheads revenue creation and drives strategic growth by leveraging AI-enhanced Web3 solutions to empower innovators and democratize access to blockchain technologies. A cryptocurrency veteran since 2016, Mant brings extensive expertise in blockchain, AI, Web3, and technology startups, with a proven track record as a go-to-market practitioner, product-market fit expert, and value creator through culture and customer delight.

Prior to PoobahAI, Mant co-founded Andromeda Protocol, an AI-enhanced Web3 operating system, and served as a Core Contributor at Andromeda Labs, where he championed the Andromeda Operating System (aOS) to revolutionize on-chain development and advance Web3 innovation. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding and leading as CEO of 4D Circle, a commercial real estate firm that digitized properties to enhance stakeholder value through sustainable, green, and IoT-driven methods, partnering with organizations like the Fort Worth Police Department and Tarrant Area Food Bank to boost economic engines while improving communities. He also served as CEO of Kaonetics Technologies, a directed energy company, and as President of Possibilitarians, LLC, focusing on blockchain, IoT, AI, automation, and strategic consulting. Earlier, he was Chief of Staff for a Family Office and held COO roles in various ventures.

Mant's 30+ year career is rooted in high-stakes leadership, beginning with his distinguished service as a retired USMC Colonel and Air & Ground Combat Veteran. As an FA-18 TopGun Instructor Pilot, he was the advanced technology authority for all USN/USMC Aviation, advising Four Star Commanders on policy for the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. He commanded globally deployable FA-18 squadrons across locations like Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the Middle East, directing operations for six squadrons, coordinating expeditionary movements of 800 personnel and millions in equipment, and ensuring 24/7 combat readiness. His military experience translates seamlessly to corporate strategy, operations, IT infrastructure, and execution in technology-driven environments.

Mant holds a BS in Education from The Citadel, an MBA from Texas Christian University (Neeley School of Business), a Master's in Strategic Studies from the United States Air Force Air University, and a Master's in Military History from the United States Marine Corps University. He has completed executive education at Wharton, MIT Sloan, Duke, and UVA Business Schools.

An adept leader and insightful technologist with deep expertise in blockchain, NFTs, Web3, and custom software development, Brendan excels at producing high-impact results and bridging traditional industries with cutting-edge decentralized technologies.

Prior to PoobahAI, Brendan co-founded Andromeda Protocol, the first multi-blockchain operating system, and served as a Core Contributor at Andromeda Labs, where he advanced the Andromeda Operating System (aOS) to revolutionize on-chain development, lower barriers to Web3 adoption, and enhance usability for decentralized applications.

Previously, Brendan held various executive roles at Panini America, the largest collectible company in the world. As Director of Blockchain, NFTs, and Digital Technologies at Panini, Brendan pioneered the development of the first officially licensed NFT trading cards for major leagues including the NBA, NFL, and FIFA World Cup, successfully integrating blockchain into global consumer markets. He also built and managed an e-commerce system with over 7 millions users and implemented a China-based FIFA World Cup mini-app on Tencent's News and Sports mobile platform with access to WeChat's 800 million daily active users.

Earlier in his career, Brendan founded Soporex, a National Mail-order Pharmacy, which he grew to over $65 million in annual revenue in its second year of operation. As Chief Information Officer, Brendan's innovation served more than 65,000 patients in each of the 50 U.S. states. He has led large-scale custom software projects and digital transformation initiatives for international companies, consistently delivering innovative solutions that blend technology with business value.

Leif Sørensen - Chief Technology Officer of PoobahAI

Leif Sørensen, a co-founder of PoobahAI, serves as Chief Technology Officer, where he uses his over 25 years of experience in software development, leadership, and systems architecture to make low-code/no-code AI solutions that make blockchain accessible, efficient, and user-friendly for creators and developers worldwide. His career spans creative technologies, regulated industry solutions, and decentralized infrastructure. He has played a key role in advancing real-world applications of emerging technologies.

Prior to PoobahAI, Leif was a foundational architect and the lead offchain engineer of the Andromeda Protocol, pioneering simplified on-chain development and expanding decentralized access. Previously, he also contributed to the fields of haptics, CNC, data and content management systems, industrial HVAC, engineering calculators, accounting, and ERP. Notable achievements include developing the first computerized cognitive ability assessments, developing intellectual property in data parsing libraries, and co-founding one of Texas’s earliest aerial videography companies.

Throughout his career, Leif has held many technical leadership roles where he has helped guide teams, scale solutions, and maintain compliance in high-stakes environments. He has served as a technical advisor for a variety of companies globally, including prominent U.S. manufacturers. His approach is rooted in systems thinking, creative iteration, and pragmatic discipline—values he has carried through decades of project delivery.

Known for blending analytical precision with creative design, Leif favors minimalism, clarity, and working in purpose-driven teams. He is a lifelong problem solver who brings depth, discipline, and a collaborative spirit to every challenge. As CTO, he leads the development of AI-integrated infrastructure with a focus on usability, scalability, and trust.

Leif holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Texas State Technical College, with additional studies in Psychology and Business Management from Blinn College.
